Jake Rayner, a native of East Charlotte, has always possessed a green thumb.  His grandmother saw Jake’s potential and imparted her lifelong love and knowledge of gardening.  At 14, Jake began a small business and continued to develop and hone his skills. He decided to continue to develop this passion, taking classes and obtaining necessary certifications.  In 2005, Jake founded “Down 2 Earth”.  He has grown this effort into a successful enterprise which allows him to turn his clients’ vision into reality.

In his free time, Jake enjoys being with his wife Meg and son Declan, and their lab Maisie. Jake and Meg will be expecting another son Cole, in August 2022!
